Recipe of the week - week 19

Banana Bread - you need the following ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 apple
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g oats
  • 100 g spelt flour
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 50g almonds
  •  Walnuts (who likes)

Preparation:

You mash the bananas, grate the apple and add the eggs. Then you mix the dry ingredients and finally bring the dough together. Put it in the oven in a baking tin for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

My recommendation: Almond paste or peanut paste for the topping - Bon appetit!
