So sweet: Apple Blueberry Crumble

2 portions | time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1/2 apple
1 cup blueberries
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp wheat flour
2 tbsp oatmeal
4 tbsp brown cane sugar

METHOD

      1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
      2. To make the dough, mix flour, oatmeal, half of sugar, and butter. Place dough in the fridge.
      3. Peel and finely dice apple.
      4. Put apples and blueberries in a baking dish and sprinkle with remaining sugar.
      5. Sprinkle with crumble and bake for about 25 min.
      6. Serve warm.
