Recipe of the week - week 31

One Pot Pasta - 4 portions


1 red pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

1 bunch of spring onions

400 g chicken fillet

1 tablespoon rapeseed oil

1 l chicken broth

500 g Fusilli

1 tin(s) of chopped tomatoes (400 g)



Paprika powder noble sweet

3 stalk(s) of basil

50 g grated parmesan



1) Wash, seed and dice the peppers. Wash the spring onions and cut the white and light green into rings. Wash the chicken filet, dab dry and dice.


2) Heat the oil in a large pot and fry the vegetables and the chicken. Deglaze with the broth. Add the noodles and chopped tomatoes and bring to the boil. Then simmer without lid at low heat for about 10 minutes until the noodles are done. If they are still too firm to bite, add some water and simmer further. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder.


3) Chop the basil coarsely and sprinkle over the pasta together with the parmesan.
