Anke's personal recommendation:

In our family the recipe is refined by whipped egg white, pour this over the alcohol and then pour hot milk over it.

Recipe egg grog

1 egg yolk

1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar

4 cl arrack

4 cl rum

 

Beat the egg yolks with sugar in a 0.5 liter glass of egg yolk until foamy.

Add rum and arrack, whip briefly.

Fill up with boiling water so that the foam rises to the top.
