New IT-Ticketing System

Hello Team,


We have created a new IT-Ticketing system in which we can track and monitor IT-tickets so we ensure you get more efficient support. 

We have also created very short information and instructions on how you can create IT-tickets on our Elearning Platform ( ).

Please note for the system to work and to ensure that only CytoSorbents employees (with valid Email addresses) can open tickets, you need to be logged into and you can stay logged in. 



Going forward please make use of IT tickets for any IT support related matters and only use IT Support on the Zoom channel or send an email to it-man[email protected] if you are unable to open an IT Ticket.
