Replacement and Resale of old Computer Equipment
We have setup a process for the resale of our used IT equipment and as a result have included 3rdParty Company called the
AfB (Arbeit für Menschen mit Behinderung) group GmbH who create jobs for people with disabilities by refurbishing and selling used IT and mobile devices.
The equipments are formatted using a certified data erasure method that ensures Data security.

We have a process setup when you receive a replacement computer as listed below:
Please do not carry out step 3 if you do not wish to procure your old IT equipment.
Shipment and purchase of IT hardware
1. Packing of IT hardware incl. accessories (power cables, adapters etc.) in its original packaging.
2. Apply for a shipping order to our company address through customer service/IT
3. If a purchase is desired, and IT verify that the Device can be sold, you can then apply for the reservation form under the following link and send it to our IT: https://www.afb-group.de/service/reservieren/

4. The dispatch to our cooperation partner (AfB) will be ordered by IT (reservation form must be available by then, otherwise a purchase is no longer possible).
5. Evaluation and preparation of the device will then be carried out by AfB.
6. A non-binding offer is then sent to employees regarding the purchase, which can be accepted within 4 weeks.
